To live in our older people housing you'll need to be over 60 or have a disability, you'll also need to be eligible for a care and support package.

Each of the studios and 1 bedroom apartments at St Martin's Court are designed so you can keep living independently within a safe environment. There's regular practical help and support available, and an emergency call system for out of hours.
You'll have useful amenities on site, including a hair salon, chiropody service, library service and laundry room. Parking is available.

St Martin's Court is less than a mile from Staines railway station. There's a bus stop outside the scheme with regular buses to The Elmsleigh Shopping Centre, less than 2 miles away. The beautiful Fordbridge Park is at the end of the road, 0.4 miles away.
Care and support
A dedicated member of our Intensive Housing Management team will check in on you regularly. They can answer your questions, help with any problems and put you in touch with agencies that can provide any extra support you need.
Out of hours, the 24-hour call alarm system gives you access to advice or help if you need it urgently.
