You asked and we listened. Over the past year, we've been hard at work, designing, testing and building a new website to better cater to your needs.

Why the change?

We want to change the way we serve our customers, giving you access to more of our services online  and making your interactions with us much smoother with smarter information sharing and many more improvements to come – all with an understanding that most of you access our services on mobile devices.

Lots of people visit our website every day and they deserve to be given the best digital experience that we can offer. 

What has changed? 

Our new website is cleaner and simpler, helping you to navigate to the information you need much more easily.

When you need help, you can find articles personalised to your situation where possible, and everything is written with your next steps in mind. Looking for a new home? You will find that searching is much smarter and our properties are presented in a familiar but modern way giving you all the information that you need.

Our new website also features a brand-new section with all the latest news from A2Dominion about our customer services, useful seasonal information and ways for you to get involved with our work.

We’ve also introduced a more secure and accessible account area, improving how you can report issues and repairs online - from live chat through to being able to choose appointment times that work for you online. As a result, your online experience should be one of the best in the housing sector.  

We’re not done yet 

Over the next 2 years, you will start to notice that a lot of our services are transforming to provide a more joined-up and digitally smart approach, all with your needs in mind.

You will be able to do a lot more online without having to call us up. When you do call our contact centre, our team will be providing an even better experience and your information will be more efficiently shared with our support, repairs and other teams so that we can respond quicker and provide you with the service or support that you need, faster.

We are also cleaning up the data that we hold about you to follow best practice for data privacy.
